St Johns Ambulance Supplies implements SAP Business One

St John Ambulance Supplies plans to substantially grow the company to support its sister organisation, St John Ambulance - the nation's leading first aid charity and plans to deploy the technology to improve processes and drive efficiency. SAP Business One was purchased in July and replaces their current bespoke system.

Stephen English, general manager of St John Amulance Supplies, said the software will improve the way customer orders are handled.

"When an employee was onthe phone to customers, the order had to be looked up manually. SAP Business One means orders can be automatically pulled up and all relevant information is at hand while the customer is on the phone," he said.

SAP Business One will run across multiple sites of St John Ambulance Supplies departments. The package includes Customer Relationship Management, inventory and distribution, ordering and delivery, purchasing and merchandising, production and manufacturing, human resources, e-commerce and financial and accounting modules.
